Department Chairs
ISM’s department chairs play a key role in guiding the academic and administrative activities for their designated specializations. In addition to teaching and dissertation advising, chairs oversee curriculum development and course content and coordinate faculty within their disciplines. Department chairs also make significant and varied contributions to the school through scholarly output, engagement in strategic initiatives, and participation in institutional governance.

Claudiney Fullmann, PhD
São Paulo Faculty
Professor Fullmann holds a PhD from Florida Christian University. He occupied several executive positions in various industries for 20 years. He was one of 400 men who joined the worldwide team of Jack Welch, an icon from the Executive of the twentieth century with whom he shared important lessons of leadership, exchanged experiences, and faced major challenges. He served as Vice President and General Manager of General Electric’s Heavy Equipment Division.
Dan Zagata, DBA

Dan Zagata, DBA teaches Corporate Finance in the IMBA program at ISM. Dan brings over 15 years of real world financial expertise to the class room to help students turn theory into practical application. He has served as Managing Associate for one of the largest regions of Manulife Financial in the US, and currently is the co-founder and Managing Director of Evershore Financial Group. Dana Anagnostou, JD

Dana Anagnostou teaches Corporate Finance and International Business Law in the IMBA program at ISM. An attorney with over 20 years’ experience in large international law firms, she practices general corporate law, with a focus on cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. She also has substantial experience on intellectual property matters and international trade issues. Dr. Deanne Larson teaches Digital Marketing at ISM. She is an active data science practitioner and academic, and her areas of research include data strategy, data science, and project management. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Intelligence Profession (CBIP), and Six Sigma certifications. She attended AT&T Executive Training at the Harvard Business School, focusing on IT leadership and Stanford University focusing on Data Mining, and holds a Masters in Analytics from NYU. Eleonora Cattaneo, PhD

Dr. Eleonora Cattaneo teaches Integrated Communications in the DBA and PhD programs at ISM. Her areas of expertise include strategic and international marketing as well as brand management and communications. She has global consulting experience in a variety of Fortune 500's: Fiat, CNH Industrial, Renault and Nestlé among others. Elias Hadzillias, PhD

Dr.Elias Hadzillias teaches E-Commerce in the IMBA program at ISM. Hadzilias holds a Ph.D in Business Process Management and a Master of Science in Industrial Systems, both earned at National Technical University in Athens (Greece).
