In recent years, India has emerged as one of the most vibrant and exciting economies on the planet, boasting a blend of modern day businesses and a traditional business culture. In this course, you’ll be exposed to both, gaining an understanding of Indian industrial landscape, the nuances of its culture and the legal and regulatory frameworks at play.

Indian Economy

Like most countries, India is a very different place than it was 15 years ago. Not least in terms of its burgeoning economy, which is one of the fastest growing in Asia. This course explores that growth, giving you insight into the change the country has undergone, from being a highly controlled economy to an open liberalized one. You’ll focus on the tertiary sector, demographic impact, fiscal policies and the challenges ahead in the wake of the Eurozone crisis.

Indian Financial Markets

This course explores the evolution of Indian financial markets and the myriad challenges that they entail. Focusing on their structure, banking system, regulatory environment and risk management, you’ll gain knowledge of the economic reforms the impact of globalization that have made India such an efficient and attractive economy.

Marketing in India

The marketing landscape in India has undergone a phenomenal change in recent years. This course will bring you up to speed on the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ behind that change. You’ll explore the burgeoning middle class that characterizes the Indian market, and analyze how their behavior affects marketing strategies in the country.
